What we do

You must have:

1. A computer device with a hard-wired connection via ethernet (cannot be connected to wifi).

2. Hard drive with a minimum 20GB or more available space.

3. Hard drive with a minimum 60GB or more total space.

4. A hard-wired USB headset

5. A hard-wired telephone dialpad with headset. 

6. A hard-wired keyboard and mouse.

7. Monitor must have at least 1280 x 1024 screen resolutions.

You must legally reside in the U.S. and be 18 years or older to work with us. 

*Currently Arise platform is not accepting applications from California, Connecticut, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin BUT we do have agents currently from these states that have used a virtual address to join.

There are dozens of client programs for you to choose from. This includes sales, customer service, technical support, email support and chat support. By working for us you will be able to choose your client, set your own schedule, and get to work from anywhere.

The following start-up costs are:

1. The certification course for the client you choose is FREE!

2. $30 background check fee

These fees are paid to Arise virtual Solutions not our company.

Your pay can be as large or small as you want. You choose the client you want to service taking in to consideration:

1. Some companies may stay open 24-7 allowing more flexibility. 

2. Other companies may limit their hours to 9-5p.

3. You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. 

We have team members making up to $1500+ bi-weekly

You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not take any taxes out on your behalf so no state or federal taxes are withheld. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you earned more than $600. Furthermore you are not eligible to receive unemployment, overtime, or benefits as an independent contractor.
